BikeMorzine is a mountain biker owned and operated company looking to hire an organised, self-motivated and passionate individual for the role of Morzine Resort Manager.
Resort Manager is a flexible & varied position, meaning the applicant must be capable of thinking on their feet, problem solving and use their initiative without being prompted. Strong organisational skills and forward thinking will ensure you can get the job done and have plenty of time to ride your bike almost every day of the week.
The role involves the following core responsibilities but is constantly evolving:
Ensuring all guests are having the holiday of a lifetime.
Ensuring Chalet staff are happy
Checking guests in and out of properties
Ensuring all properties are ready for guests arrival
Quality control of accommodation cleanliness levels
Maintaining high levels of customer service across all staff
Stock control
Communicating with other members of staff
Helping organise & run Morzine's only free race series & parties.
Successful Applicants must be a passionate mountain biker with a plenty of Morzine experience, confident in all situations and have enough energy to ride their bike & manage their well being alongside work. The core attributes of a successful applicant are:

This position is available from 1st June - 15th September 2018 based on a flexible 30-hour work week, accommodation can be provided as part of the weekly salary. The payment package includes:
