At garden level, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living space welcomes you in. A large velvet sofa offers the ideal place to unwind after a day of hiking or biking, while vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows frame the surrounding peaks and forest. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen makes cooking together a pleasure, and doors open directly onto the terrace for long, sun-soaked dinners outdoors.

Evenings here are special. As the sun dips behind the mountains, the terrace glows in the golden light – the perfect spot to raise a glass, share stories from the trails, or simply enjoy the peace of the alpine setting.

The chalet is only a short 500m stroll into town, where you’ll find Morzine’s vibrant cafés, restaurants and shops. Only a few minutes pedal to Le Pleney lift and europes best trails. On site, there’s a private garage with secure bike storage and washing facilities, plus space for two cars on the driveway.
