Bike Morzine Job Opportunities

We require a team of mountain bike shredding, disco dancing, hard working legends to create Europe's best mountain bike holidays and give our customers an epic experience from their first contact with Bike Morzine all the way through to their 10th Morzine MTB holiday.

Alongside looking after our customers we pride ourselves on facilitating all Bike Morzine staff to live the dream finding balance between hard work, riding bikes and depositing some serious good times in the memory bank.  We want work to be challenging, fun & leave you with enough time & energy to do the things you love, after all we're selling mountain bike holidays, not saving babies.

Resort Manager

You could be making people have the holiday of a lifetime for a job.

This role is  a flexible & varied position, meaning the applicant must be capable of managing their own schedule around the arrival of guests, problem solving and use their initiative without being prompted. With no-one to hold your hand, strong organisational skills and forward thinking will ensure you can get the job done and have plenty of time to ride your bike almost every day of the week.

March - June | Remote work |  10 - 15 hours a week
June - September | Morzine based | 15 - 25 hours a week
Opportunity for year round employment for the right candidate.


The role involves the following core responsibilities but is constantly evolving:
- Online customer service & managing bookings
- Ensuring all guests have the holiday of a lifetime
- Ensuring all aspects of a guests holiday are in order before they arrive
- Guests first point of contact
- Solving problems with guests/fixing any complaints
- Maintaining high levels of customer service across all aspects
- Help with the growth of Bike Morzine
- Helping organise & run Morzine's only free race series & parties


Successful Applicants must be a passionate mountain biker with plenty of Morzine experience, confident in all situations and have  enough energy to ride their bike & manage their well being alongside work. The core attributes of a successful applicant are:

Applicants must:

Be legally allowed to work in France (EU passport is a bonus)
Based in Morzine for June - September
Full driving license
Speak basic a minimum of conversational French
Love mountain biking and have plenty of Morzine Experience.


This position is available from roughly 1st March - 15th September 2023 based on a flexible 20-hour work week,
the payment package includes:
