We require a team of mountain bike riding, fun loving, hard working legends to create Europe's best mountain bike holidays and give our customers an epic experience from their first contact with Bike Morzine all the way through to their 10th Morzine MTB holiday.

Bike Morzine is looking to work with a self-employed contractor (auto-entrepreneur) based in Morzine to assist with guest concierge services and in-resort customer support during the Summer 2026 season.
This is a freelance contracting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the flexibility of their own schedule, is great with people and helping visitors have a great experience in Morzine.
Scope of Services
You will assist with guest-facing support services such as:
Welcoming guests in resort
Providing general holiday concierge assistance
Helping guests with basic local information and recommendations
Liaising with accommodation and service providers where required
Supporting guests with general questions about their bookings
You will be responsible to manage your own time and work hours, with an expected workload of 10-20 hours a week over 2-3 days.
A sucessful applicant must:
Be registered as an auto-entrepreneur in France
Be legally permitted to work in France
Speak both English & French
Be organised, friendly and reliable
Have great knowledge of Morzine
