MTB Away Days – Customer Rules & Guidelines:To ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review and adhere to the following rules for your upcoming mountain bike day trip:1. Booking & Check-InAll bookings must be made in advance and confirmed at the time of booking or via email.
Please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure time.
We aim to leave on time. Late arrivals at the meeting point may forfeit their place and will not be eligible for a refund.

For the chosen resort, your driver will show you the drop-off and pick-up point on the day.Bring valid ID and your booking confirmation (digital or printed).
2. Transporting Your Bike
You need to check the condition of your bike before being loaded onto our transport trailer. We do not accept any responsibility for your bike.Please remove any loose accessories or valuables (e.g., water bottles, GPS units, camera, etc) from your bike prior to loading.Our staff will assist with loading and unloading bikes – do not attempt to mount your bike onto the trailer without assistance.We are not liable for mechanical issues or damage caused.
3. Personal Belongings
Keep all personal items secure. The transport provider is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Vehicles will not always stay at the destination during our MTB Away Days, as their journeys may include airport transfers.
You need to be appropriately dressed and not muddy/wet for the journey in our vehicles - please bring a set of spare clothes. You will be able to leave a small bag in the minibus during the day. Please note the vehicle will not be accessible during the day until 15 minutes before return departure.
Bring only what you can carry on your ride; space in the vehicle is limited. We do not accept any responsibility for items left in the vehicle.
4. Safety & Conduct
Riders must follow trail rules, ride within their ability, and respect other trail users.No consumption of alcohol or drugs is permitted in our vehicles. Anyone who tries to board a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused travel.
Aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the transfer.
5. Emergency Procedures
In the event of an accident or injury, please contact the securité des pistes by phone or the lift staff if you need medical assistance on the mountain.If you find yourself in the situation when you are unable to meet the driver at the specified collection time and place due to an accident, breakdown or for any other reason please inform our office as soon as possible on +33450373685.All riders should carry a mobile phone, a basic repair kit, water, and suitable clothing.
6. Cancellations & Delays
Trips may be rescheduled by us due to severe weather, trail closures, or safety concerns. Customers will be notified as early as possible.
7. Respect the Environment
Leave no trace: take all litter with you.Stick to designated trails and avoid disturbing wildlife.By joining our MTB Away Days, you agree to follow these rules and understand that participation is at your own risk.
