After one hell of a downhill MTB World Championship race this weekend in Leogang, we couldn't be more stoked to have the Worlds fastest mountain bikers back between the tape after a brief Corona Virus holiday. But things have got even better!

The UCI has announced its 2021 Downhill mountain bike World cup schedule and Les Gets MTB World Cup is back for 2021! Les Gets will host the 3rd round of the UCI Mountain Bike downhill World Cup on the dates of 3rd - 4th July 2021. We'll see the Worlds best downhill mountain bikers racing down the famous Mt.Chery downhill course finishing in the heart of Les Gets bikepark.

After a disappointing cancellation to Les Gets World Cup in 2020 due to Corona Virus, there was a top secret invite only race held on the newly built trail on Mt. Cherie, Les gets. This race track was fresh, loamy, off camber and boasted some large step downs. There is little doubt that this event served as a pre-cursor to the Les Gets 2021 World Cup and served as a great way to bed in the race track and figure out any teething problems. Hopefully by 2021 the track will once again be lined with screaming downhill fans once again.
