1. Voucher Value & Use

• This voucher can be used towards any Bike Morzine product or service, including accommodation, bike rental, guiding, lift passes, and holiday packages.
• The voucher value will be deducted from the total booking cost.

2. Voucher Code

• Your Webflow order number acts as your unique voucher code.
• This code must be provided at the time of booking to redeem the voucher.

3. Validity Period

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Bookings must be made within this 12-month period. Travel dates can be outside this window, so long as the booking is completed before expiry.
• Voucher is only available to be used on available products.

4. Non-Transferable

• Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the order.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged, resold, or converted to cash.

5. Partial Use

• If the booking value exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of booking.
• If the booking value is less than the voucher value, the unused balance cannot be carried over or refunded.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.
• Bookings made using a voucher are subject to Bike Morzine’s standard cancellation policy.

7. Lost or Incorrect Codes

• If you lose your voucher code, contact Bike Morzine and we’ll help verify your order number.
• We may require proof of purchase.

8. Fraud Prevention

• Each voucher code is single-use only.
• Any attempt to duplicate or misuse a voucher code may void the voucher.
